Gray D.G.

Decomposed Granite is rock that has decomposed and mineralized over a long period of time. Mined locally in San Diego County, it is passed through a 3/8” screen with 3/8” and finer particles as the final product. Decomposed Granite 3/8” Minus will have a gravelly soil appearance. The color depends on the area being mined, but usually ranges from brown to gray. Decomposed Granite has excellent compaction along with excellent drainage properties.
